Lavender Product Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE

CCT Lavender Ltd. is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Deliveries normally take 1-3 business day for the North Island. Please allow additional 1-2 business days for rural areas deliveries. The expected delivery time may vary as the speed of local post. Please note that orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed the next business day. 
 

 

All customer orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If you have special delivery instructions, please let us know at time of checkout. All deliveries will be recorded and tracked. We do not send tracking details; however you can request it via email.

 
Shipping is charged on an order weight/volumetric basis. Even though a product may weigh very little, it's volumetric weight will cost more than it's real weight to send. Since our shipping costs are variable, should there be any incorrect or additional charges we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.

You are welcome to pick up your order from CCT Lavender Farm free of charge if preferred.

If your package arrives damaged, it is important you sign DAMAGED with the courier, take photos before opening and inspect the contents. Please contact us with all the information within 5 days of receiving your package: info@cctlavender.nz.
