  • USE and BENEFITS:

    Lavender Essential Oil can help to soothes occasional skin irritations. It can also reduce anxious feelings and promotes peaceful sleep.

     

    Dilute before use:

    -add 3-9 drops to water in a burner.

    -add 10-15 drops in a nebulizer.

    -for massage, add 0.5ml-1.5ml of carrier oil.

    -add a few drops to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet at bedtime.

     

    STORAGE:

    Store in a cool, dry place to preserve integrity of the oil.

     

    CAUTIONS:

    External use only.

    Possible skin sensitivity.
